We often talk to founders and they say they want to build their own internal team. It makes sense, in a way. But not in the beginning, when they need to get the product on the market fast.
Our clients are involved in the whole process from the beginning – planning, creating project timeline, budgets, finding resources and building architecture. They also usually join regular sprint meetings.
We understand that launching software has different phases – we always adjust our capacities and resources to help our client fill their current phases.
We usually work as a small team (around 2–6 developers). We support trust, regular sprints, transparency and consistent communication. That's why our clients have always access to our code repositories and other project-related documentation or tools.
